Logic of their answer leads to this ending up with lapl to ppl conversion being the full 45 hours, after all, if supervised solo cross country doesn't count, why should any of it? It is not unheard of, for five years telling very experienced pilots with unexpired icao licences and either no foreign medical (why have a new foreign medical when you have an EASA medical want to convert to give up the foreign licence?) or the Sep rating just expired, to do the full 45 hour ppl course as it is impossible to convert.
