Hi all,
I've just finished working on 'Last of the Dambusters' which is due for transmission on Tuesday 17th on Channel Five at 8.00pm.

Hope it's of interest.

Just think, I used to jump up and down on it's wing when I was a nipper, when it sat out in all weathers at the entrance to Scampton.

For all those that missed this (like me) I've just been looking at the TV listings, and it appears this will be shown on five at 18:15 on Saturday 21st June.

Gnargh. The PVR's bit the dust...and Five download only seems to be for CSI:Knettishall.

I watched it last night.

The programme was fascinating, and very moving. I was in tears at the end.

Documentary making at its most understated and effective IMHO (apart from the naff CGI, I hope that wasn't the bit you worked on  )

Seconded.

The programme itself was engaging, moving, fascinating.

Mind you, 'Johnny' Johnson made a superb subject, so it was on a winner to start.

His change of mind through the period of the program making was fascinating.

Rob.

As an aside: I have always wanted to know if conscientious objectors to WW2, faced with the evidence of the camps, would have undergone a similar change of position.

I didn't create the animation, just stuck it all together. :)
