I have seen so many adverts where the job- requirements were stuffed with grandiose, pompous bullcrap. -And they paid recruiters good money to frighten-off good potential fits for the post.

I was lucky to have 2 successive employers who saw my potential and used it to mutual advantage, until I elected to go self-employed.
