Yep, happy to take the blame for that.

Some of Gawande's research papers on the topic are very worth reading also.

He has written other books on different topics, which are well reviewed also, but I haven't read.

I did download and listen to Gawande's Reith lecture a few years ago - sadly really very dull compared to his brilliant writing.
