Aside from those already mentioned, Fathom starring mid-60s models Cessna 172 and PA-28 (and a Dragon Rapide). Not much else of note from what I can remember.... :D

Stretching a point, but the best ever aviation film was that of the Buccaneer at the first Red Flag conducting 3-axis jinking at about 3'10" and trying to be engaged by a ZSU-23-4, which was failing miserably! The soundtrack from The Cousins - who couldn't believe what they were seeing through the sight - was memorable! Apparently this film has been lost to posterity.... :cry:
