The flight procedures at Redhill state that all users must have a serviceable alt-reporting transponder or words to that effect. Aircraft not equipped may be allowed subject to prior approval.
Does that mean a TMZ should be indicated on the chart where the ATZ is?

If we don't take part in protecting GA access to infrastructure, the smaller aerodromes will be built over, the larger aerodromes will have exorbitant handling fees and awkward procedures, and airspace will be over-classified to Class A everywhere.
