SATURDAY

High pressure builds to the west of Ireland on Saturday. An unstable northerly flow affects the UK with a trough extending north to south.
There will be broken cloud in the morning with some reasonable sunny spells. Scattered showers soon develop over the hills of Scotland, northern England and the Midlands, these then extending south into Wales and southern England. One or two could be heavy. For most the day should be dry.
Sunny spells and dry weather for Ireland, west Wales, the far west of Scotland and southwest England. Eastern coasts of England should be dry too.
Winds N 8-14kt (F3-F4), 5-10kt (F2-F3) in Ireland.

SUNDAY
------------
High pressure drifts east to be over Ireland on Sunday. Weak fronts traverse northern Scotland. The flow remains unstable over northern England and Wales.
There should be some decent spells of sunshine again on Sunday morning. These continue into the afternoon for many. However, cloud builds through the Midlands, Wales, northern England and Scotland allowing for one or two showers to develop in the afternoon. Thicker cloud and some drizzle may affect the far north of Scotland.
Elsewhere it should stay dry with some decent spells of sunshine.
Winds mainly N-NE 8-12kt (F3-F4).
