Looking at a stop for fuel and maybe a bite to eat if available, on the way from Laddingford to St Mary's. Which of these two airports would you recommend? I'm leaning towards Goodwood...

Overall, my plan is a night at St Mary's, 2 at Newquay, and 2 in Caernarfon!

Goodwood !

Goodwood has a nice atmosphere and a nice new cafe (4 weeks since total rebuild). Fuel is from a 1930’s style shell petrol pump near the tower.

Lee is all tarmac - and the fuel pumps are on the far side of the airfield, miles from the terminal and facilities.

Visited Lee on Solent last weekend for the 1st time.
Very friendly, nice little cafe and a viewing garden.
A short 2 min walk to the beach and a couple of restaurants on the beachfront too.
Goodwood is great but I doo like to be beside the sea.

No quite correct, fuel is a fuel truck that will drive anywhere on the field.
