Assume you're fixed-wing, but if you can fly helicopters, check out Downtown Fort Lauderdale Heliport (DT1). It's a helipad atop a 12-story car park. It's free to use (like all GA in US); you just call and they give you the code to use the elevator to go down to street level.

Did it a few years ago; it's the only roof-top landing in my logbook. You can walk across the street and have lunch right on the beach.
