Morning all,

Just wondering what those of you who are involved in running flying schools use for booking and billing software? I suspect there will be lots of home grown approaches developed over many years but I would be keen to know whether there are any affordable reasonably comprehensive solutions out there?

If not is billing and booking handled on two different systems and if so which systems might these be?

I don't know who makes it but the system that the Blackbusche Flying Group uses is fantastic. It has a system that knows when the aircraft is moving, when it lands and opens a flight report for you to fill in post flight for tech issues, fuel uploaded etc, all online and takes moments, you then get an extremely accurate automatically generated bill at the end of the month, it's so pain free compared to what I've used before.
