Get the flying day off to a great start by visiting Deanland airfield for a breakfast, cuppa & chinwag, before heading off for a fantastic days flying as the long summer evenings allow*.

There is a landing fee, however all of this this goes towards the very worthy cause of the Kent, Surrey & Sussex Air ambulance trust.

Full details are here Deanland Breakfast fly in 2019 on the Deanland website.

Look forward to greeting and waving to as many interesting and varied types from the Air/Ground truck.

To see some of the fixed wing aircraft that visited last year see here on the 2018 gallery. (note: attack helicopters are optional!)

*Flying to somewhere afterwards may not apply to Paul Sengupta or Dave W - based on previous years!

Edited a bit to tidy up invitation and link to website.

Excellent, would be good to see you.
It’s our aeroplanes 50th birthday this year, only a spring chicken by comparison, although she was actually born with an Australian passport, so really loves a breakfast barbie :thumleft:

Hehehe we could just join up the 24 and 27 runways by ploughing through a few hedgerows and have 2926m to play with
‘Virgin G-OY, runway 25.5 in use, QFE 1020, one other reported traffic a VP1 on short final, backtrack once landed and mind yer wings on those trees, parking in the lower field’

The 3-mile V-bomber runway at RAF Wittering was originally created by joining 2 former RFC grass airfields, one at each end .. </geek>

We are now only two weeks from our Breakfast fly in and were starting to get organised for the big day, with quite a few aircraft already booked to attend :D

Why not pop in and start the day with a breakfast and help raise money for such a worthy cause. :thumleft:

Drop me an email (or phone / PM on here) to PPR for the best breakfast fly-in in the south :thumright:
