I cannot find any reference as to when they're converting to 8.33. Have I missed something ?

Says conversion completed but frequencies remain the same
IR 1079/2012 states that from 1 January 2019, all ground services will be operating on 8.33 kHz channels.
(b) where offset carrier operation within a 25 kHz channel
spacing is utilised.

I don't know if the CAA got them.

Have channels between 136.000 and 138.000 been converted?
I don't see any in either list.
