Hi,

I have a PA28-180 in the UK and upon the annual maintenance check (EASA Certificate of Airworthiness) I've been advised that we need a maintenance schedule and the engineering company has quoted over £3,000 to produce one.

Does anyone have any experience of this or is it possible to produce your own?

Any help would be appreciated!

FBM, what do you mean by your sentence in brackets? I'm not sure that will help the OP; it certainly does not educate me?

My understanding of aircraft maintenance is that they are all controlled:

PtF

Am I missing something?

I believe so, that’s what we’re doing with our TB 20 also an ELA2 aircraft.
