Does anyone know if there is a list of what can be done 'whilst you wait' or what cannot? I am specifically thinking of an initial EASA PPL issue based on an ICAO conversion, not an initial full 45+ hour course.

Thanks. Although it says "conversion" it is likely that means "of a national licence" which is what we have been doing since late 2012, it is not clear if a foreign icao ppl is included in that phrase. I suspect a wait on the phone is needed to ask, next week
