A place for regular members to sell their aviation stuff (non-commercial only pls, and no aircraft for sale)
Forum rules: Non-Aviation or commercial items are not accepted. The option to put items for sale here is in the first place for regular posters, if you are not (yet) a regular poster it may be that your ad will not be accepted.

Buyers and sellers should be aware that Flyer Forums or its parent company are not responsible for the articles put up for sale here nor can be held liable for any part of the transaction process - the usual internet buying and selling caveats apply and should be borne in mind when dealing with buyer/sellers through an internet site.

As previously bought from a fellow forumite a few years back and now surplus to requirements a 53 litre wheeled bowser suitable for avgas, mogas, diesel or Scotch Whisky (the latter after a good clean out).

http://www.petroind.com/uk/dura-max-53l ... oline.html

Natty little pump handle which is only really practical as a way of starting a gravity flow which works best for aviation use.

Need the space so £60 for a couple of weeks and then it goes on eBay.

Collect Norfolk Suffolk border, Cambridge, Old Buckenham, etc.

I believe that if you fit an adaptor to it pressurisation is possible. But not something I have ever investigated.

By drilling holes or is there a proper one?

I mean, making holes in a fuel container then pressurising it in a bodged-up manner. What could possibly go wrong? :D

If it can be done I'm deffo interested.

Your responsibility to check, not mine. But I understand a pressure line adaptor can be screwed in to an existing orifice without further drilling.

It surely does.

The one in the back of my Skoda Ute in which it will be carried to wherever we meet up.
