Customer Relations Advisor – Full-time
( Clevedon near Bristol)

£25k + holiday + up to 9 weeks total pilot training entitlement

Competitive salary, generous pension provision, profit sharing and up to an additional 9 weeks entitlement to support you in your Pilot Training.

We are looking for:
A highly organised sales professional, who is confident with face-to-face, telephone and written sales techniques.

It is essential that you have a sound knowledge of commercial aviation flight training. Perhaps you will be a current PPL or ATPL theory student or a qualified pilot.

You will be well presented, flexible, enthusiastic and positive. You will have a genuine respect for the Company and its products and commitment to exceptional customer service.

In this role you will be responsible for encouraging sign-up to both Bristol Groundschool and the Wings Alliance, making sure individuals have all the relevant information they need to make their decision.

Good question. You may have a respect for the company as a third party or as a customer, but that's a little different from being an employee.
