1. Can't it all be squeezed onto one page?

2. It asks for how many hours flown. Sometime this is easy 12 hours other times its a nightmare eg 500 and as I can't be bothered to tot this up i've started putting "greater than 12". If I am submitting this form they have met the requirements so why have this request at all?

3. Can't we get rid of it all together and replace it with an online form.

It has been squeezed into one page.... form 1157, print page 1 only, no totalling hours needed, just a lot of crossing out of the things you don't want.

Cheers for that Irv. In fact I have used that form in the past but for some reason forgot it existed.

All this is too complicated.

Why are there 2 different forms to choose from for the same thing???

To get it all on one page. 1157 does other things, but it was made so that if you just want a revalidatio by experience, you can print page 1 only, ie point 1 above in original post was brought up and dealt with. 1119e is simpler, i suspect if that were removed there would be moans from some about having to use a complex 1157.
