"The Temporary Certificate is valid for UK CAA Part-FCL (or JAR FCL) licence holders ONLY"
Am I therefore correct in thinking that this means that it DOES NOT apply to UK national licenses. If that's the case then its seems a bit silly that one can be issued a temporary certificate on say a EASA PPL but not on a UK PPL.
Have I interpenetrated this incorrectly and if not should it not be aligned?
