Had EASA PPL which became a UK FCL one. Any recommendations for the easiest route to now get an EASA PPL back? I'm assuming Ireland, Malta or Cyprus just for the language ease? Ok to maintain UK address? For the medical I'm guessing a few UK AME's can also do EASA so have both issued together when possible?

Cheers in advance for any info.

Thanks, I see air law and HP tests needed and a PPL skill test. Is that what you are saying, those ATOs can do that? But then who do people generally apply to to get an EASA license, the Irish? So what country do those UK based ATOs 'operate under' if that makes sense?
