Gents;

I was told CAA signed off type ratings for 2 pilots for the SF50 before Aero Poznan outfit stopped doing the training and check rides for the aircraft last year… but RadarBox/FR24 shows plenty of movement from UK bases and some new(?) units coming into the fleet N-REG… the only type training is FAA in Knoxville AFAIK.

Given the changes in third country license recognition, and need for CAA type, how are these birds in the sky? Are there people driving turbines around unlicensed (and therefore uninsured) :shock: or is there some sort of exemption in play?
