I have a current LAPL medical till Dec 2022, In April I suffered few days of vertigo and my GP diagnosed BPPV, off work for a week, and then back to normal , no medication was prescribed just the Epley manoeuvre to help.
I have searched the web and this forum on how or if this needs reporting to the CAA medical department, if anyone can point me to the required form/web link etc. or has had a similar experience, or do I just contact my AME?.
If found the form to notify the DVLA with no problem:

Thanks in advance
