I am trying to determine if the medical exemption in the above ORS can be applied to flying N reg aircraft based in U.K. As you fly (in U.K.) on the basis of your EASA licence, it would make sense, but the text in it specifies G reg. I am aware that in USA, medical were only extended by 3 months.

It’s also worth noting that the FAA Basic Med, similar to the Uk Personal Medical Declaration, is only valid within the USA and only for use by residents.
