I never saw this come out - how was it notified? - just wondering if I haven't ticked the right boxes in some distribution page or just not read emails well enough.

One thing I was searching for (that turned up the new FEH) but cannot immediately find (not for me) is whether ground examiners can sign Certificates of Experience in NON EASA licences still. For example, in the case I am being asked about, SSEA in NPPL. They certainly used to be able to, but I cannot find the right reference.

If a pilot meets the requirements then a GR(A) can sign the Certificate of Experience; only ratings on licences which have been issued under the ANO thus not Part FCL licences.

Am I missing a nuance here :?:

@Instructor Errant But what is that document? If it is the FEH or the caa website then my "search" is not working. Is it the certificate a ground examiner gets? My search doesn't scan paper!
