Although probably, and understandably low on the CAA's list of properties at the moment I was wondering if anyone involved in the training environment knows if the CAA may get round to extending the 6 months required to finish the Night Rating due to the Corona virus situation, as they have done for the ATPL theoretical knowledge exams. I started out over the winter and due to a combination of nightmare weather and late notice airfield closures I find myself having 90 minutes still to do prior to the end April.. obviously I've got 2 hopes of that happening, one being Bob.
I appreciate in the grand scheme of things the loss of hours already flown is nothing, and I don't view any instructional hours as truly wasted but just hoping it may be on the CAA "to do" list.

Kind regards,
