ORS 4 No. 1370 just issued allowing PMD to fly G-reg aircraft with Part FCL PPL and LAPL until 8 November so long as a PMD has ben made by 8 April.

Good news for those operating on a PMD but why limit it to those who've made a PMD on or before 8 April and why not just extend to 31 December and save all the fuss?

Good news and with that being so close to leaving the EU day then we may be able to carry over a few weeks in the winter until UK CAA say we can continue to fly in UK airspace in UK reg aeroplanes for evermore.

Regardless of why 8th November, that is the best news I have had in a very long time.

Well done and a huge thank you to everyone taking the time and making the effort to enable these things happen during what are very challenging times for everyone.

I have a sneeking suspicion that may get postponed too...
