So meet the < 2000kg requirements BUT not the 5700kg. Does the word ANY also cover the < 2000kg. If so back to AME and treadmill...

To only fly aircraft no greater than 2000 kg MTOM
You may fly an aircraft no greater than 2000kg MTOM provided you are not taking medication for any psychiatric illness. If you are taking medication for a psychiatric illness you must consult an AME and apply for a LAPL (or higher) medical certificate, or

To fly any aircraft no greater than 5700kg MTOM......

But the "ANY" is about psychiatric medication/treatment, not heart (if that is the "any" you meant). Have you read the exemption? It is the legal basis for fewer conditions for the 2000kg limit PMD, and, for that 2000kg limit, it removes the normal exclusions (those imposed normally for PMD by the ANO) and substitutes instead its own conditions/exclusions for 2000kg limit
