'Wot chance a med exemption ?
Turned up for my med today . Booked 3 months ago . Frosty reception , no Doc ...
They'd lost my booking !
Stress level through the roof . This is Fri 1100 , Med expires 2359 Sat ...
.
.
.
1300 , another friendly medic in Wessex ; booked me in for Mon . Thew , stress levels lowering .
If original doc does not come back , it will 5 AMEs I've bumped off in Wessex in the last 9 years . Was it something I said ?

'' Dear CAA , please may I have a med exemp ? There are no more medics for me to bump off in Wessex . Yours etc. ''

Apparently, a Medical Dec is all that is required for a 3 Axis Microlight , so what is so special about instructing in a Cessna 152 that requires a class 2 ?

Given the difficulty in finding an AME - time for something to be done ?
