I've moved house … I've now worked through my to-do list as far as updating the address on my LAPL.

I've got my form SRG 2156 (7 pages -- to change address. Why? For god's sake why?).

Said form asks for certified ID (again, in the name of all that is holy, why?); and a "Certified copy of the applicants [sic] Certificate of Revalidation page". But it's a LAPL, so I don't have a Certificate of Revalidation, do I?

And why is the CAA asking for so much information -- medicals (information it holds), ratings (ditto), etc., on a form that is solely concerned with changing personal details?

And why does SRG 2156 say at the top "Please complete this form online (preferred method) …", but the CAA website link takes you to a PDF, and says send this back to a postal address? (I can fill in the PDF onscreen, but there's no obvious email address to send it to.)
