Simple question really that will probably turn out to be anything but simple...... A forum search (not extensive, I admit) didn't throw up that much.

So... what is an owner operator of an EASA aircraft allowed to do maintenance wise?

At one end of the scale there is an engine change which (I guess) would be clearly not allowed, but at the other what about small things like brakes, replacing light bulbs etc.

Is there a simple (HaHa! EASA and simple in the same breath) page that explains this?
