I'm home again and flying the RV9A about since I returned and for another ten days.

Tomorrow I should be going to Bangkok, and then Sunday I hope to go to the races at U Tapao.

Flew down to Bangkok Don Muang on Saturday, and then down to U Tapao VTBU on Sunday where I met Colin Hale who was helping out with the Formula One air races.
Flew back to Don Muang VTBD again last night.
Tuesday is back to U Tapao and then wend our way to Phuket on Thursday. I won't get around to updating the website until next week.

Didn't go to Phuket due weather report which lead Daren to taking a commercial flight instead. So I flew solo from U Tapao to Nok in 3 hours 8 minutes.
Went to Chiang Rai, then to Mae Hong Son where a VIP movement meant we could not stay a night there, just in and out back to Nok.
I updated the trip report on www.mpaviation.com/2016.htm and posted the previous report on www.mpaviation.com/thai20.htm which will carry the complete trip report if space on the server allows.

All quiet now.
The RV9A has been sold within the club, and I am not expecting much flying in it in the future.

The flying club is getting a Cessna 172 but this is unlikely to be online before I leave.

I just booked a trip to BNE for a fortnight.
