In association with the Historic Aircraft Association and the Imperial War Museum, Duxford

The British Air Display Industry Forum’s aim is to promote best practice and share ideas between major players in the UK air display community. The event is open to all involved in the staging of Air Displays including Display Pilots and Team Owners, Event Organisers, Flying Display Directors, Flying Control Committee member, the Emergency Services, Contractors and other individuals and organisation that provide support.

The event will feature networking opportunities, presentations, an exhibition plus themed workshop sessions.

The day will also include the Annual General Meetings for the British Air Displays Association and the Historic Aircraft Association.

A diverse range of topics will be covered by the Forum’s Presentations and Workshops. The final programme will be confirmed shortly and posted here but the topics will include Resilience, Advice for FDD and FCC Development, Guidance for Display Pilots plus keynote presentations from BADA and the HAA.

The 2019 Forum will include the following Workshops:
•Flying Display Management – The Big Issues
•Event Organisers Resilience
•Displays Forum including Formation Flying Best Practice

Keynote speakers for the 2019 event will include:
•Jonathon Whaley – ‘Displaying the Hunter’
•Stewart Luck – ‘Inspiring Youth into Aviation’

A full programme for the event will be published on the BADA Website when finalised.

Registration for British Air Display Association and Historic Aircraft Association members is free. Non members are also invited to attend for a registration fee of £20.
