.. JAM will be marking the nationwide celebration of volunteering sponsored and organised by the National Council of Voluntary Organisations (NCVO). Visitors normally meet members only of the volunteer guide team. This weekend there will also be temporary displays by other teams, including Engineering, Collection & Display, Communications & Marketing, Property (maintenance and phase 2 plans; hoping to start build this year), Visitor services (cafe & shop), Education (school & youth group visits, outreach), Modelling, etc ..

This will, of course, be a thinly disguised attempt to engage local aviation folk in geeky conversation and lure them into volunteering But all visitors (by road or air) will, of course be very welcome.

Within usual hours on 1000-1600.
