Dear pilots,
In a week's time, the fly-in will be upon us!
Just tying up some last minute organisational stuff.
This message is being sent to all those who have expressed an interest in coming to Saucats over the weekend.
If you have not yet confirmed (or cancelled) please do send me a message as it helps with logistics.
Quick refresher of the main events :
Friday night - BBQ and beer
Saturday afternoon (circa 2pm) : chateau tour and tasting
Saturday night : big banquet
Sunday lunch : trip to Auch with lunch
To simplify the Saturday evening meal we have set up a fixed price menu for everyone, at 34 eur per person (this includes a welcome "apéritif" and one bottle of wine between 4)
Starter
Deli platter with assorted cheese, bread etc.
Main course
Choice of either confit of duck leg, or fish (the type will depend on the weekend's catch)
Dessert
Baked alaska for everybody
Could everybody please just send me an email to contact@lingaero.com with :
1. Name of person
2. Choice of main course (duck or fish).
Of course, if you are vegetarian or have other dietary requirements, just let me know and the restaurant will happily prepare something suitable.
Safe flights to everyone and see you this weekend (weather willing!).
