Calling all aviators!

The Boscombe Down Aviation Collection will be hosting an RAF100 event at Old Sarum Airfield, on the 26th May 2018.

The Boscombe Down Aviation Collection, formed in 1998, aims to tell the story of flight and flight testing from Boscombe Down and the surrounding areas which are rich in aviation history.

The fly-in will include free landings and entry for visiting aircrew with a very busy day planned which includes a variety of exhibitions and displays occurring throughout the Collection, culminating in a Sunset Ceremony and ticketed hangar dance.

The airfield restaurant will be also be open for breakfast and lunch, with a variety of teas, coffees and cakes available in our Collection conference facility too.



Please RSVP me by 11th May if you wish to attend the fly-in so we can gauge how many aim to attend.

TECC wasn't at Popham this weekend, was it? I saw a nice creamy two-tone Champ parked across the runway from me. Very nice!

It did look nice! Always have a soft spot for the Champ but at 6'7 I can't fit my knees under the dash..
