understand turn off to port - if using 070
taxi to North of the track

but turning to port when using the reciprocal would mean crossing the vehicle track
is this the intention?

If you come with a turbo-prop or biz jet, probably. In light SEP, you should be able to turn no problem with a bit of forward planning.
