I'm afraid I wimped out again, with +RA and cloud on the deck hereabouts until about 15A this afternoon. Tomorrow not looking a lot better and I'm guessing you'll all be heading on south before the weather picks up on Monday?

Just got home after a fabulous trip back mostly at 5,000 to 7,000 ft down the West coast to Liverpool for a transit then from Chester DCT (near as dammit) Wing Farm. We were right to get gone early, though!

Another memory of the great man - fly in straight lines and ask ATC for what you need.
Yup. Showers just kicking off as I got back to Leighton Buzzard - impressive line from Northampton to Cambridge as far as I could tell. Very clear on the way home.
Recommendation for Blackpool as a fuel stop - very efficient controlling and assistance.
