If you like Parmesan, give Pecorino a try :

Available in hard lump just like Parmesan to go straight into the Lakeland grater or can be bought ready grated .

Shavings of both of course are best created simply by a sharp kitchen knife …. :wink:

We’ve got one of those magic bins that opens when you wave your hand at it and then closes automatically. Perfect for ditching the Parmesan in when the wife isn’t looking.

Evil stuff, why on earth would anyone wanted grated toe jam on their food. Disgusting,

Interestingly when bought in Italy it's no firmer than a mature cheddar, only after drying out for several months is it capable of resembling toe (or heel) shavings.
