Has anyone used JumpDesktop for remotely accessing a Mac? The price is notably less than many / most others, with a one time cost of £34.

Having abandoned LogMeIn a while ago when they dropped the free tier I have been using TeamViewer to "support" my mother on her iMac. But TeamViewer is becoming increasingly flakey, with sessions either stopping or not even starting with an error message along the lines of "we think you are using this commercially". Seems that many folk are getting the same issue.

I'd rather not get involved with static IP addresses and VPNs for this task. All "sessions" would be attended at both ends.

TIA
