French scientists (not disclosed whether they were working for any brewer or not, but they were based in Champagne) have counted (actually estimated) that there up to 2 million bubbles in the head on your beer. Disappointingly their results were only on over-chilled lager and didn't specify the brand.

A single pint of beer contains up to 2 million bubbles

I guess the Albert Hall will be their next gig.

My beer doesn't have a head.
It might have a tiny bit of froth from pouring that quickly goes. This is as it should be - real ale drawn from cask and none of that sparkler nonsense that seems to be popular oop north.
