Thanks for the answer. I am neither buying or selling an aircraft. But when an RV ad pops up I am both interested and may well comment, even though I am not in the market.

Placing an unpaid-for offer for sale on a flying forum and not expecting questions and comments about it betrays an unrealistically optimistic outlook.

Did you sell whatever it was?
