Affirm, don't overlook the wind!
It went from this at 22.15 on Thursday;
viewtopic.php?p=1771336#p1771336to 50-60 mph horizontal rain inside 8hrs and has remained so since.

Windy here too and overnight it damaged some of my tomato plants.

Gye dreich in Glasgow, but normal for the time of year. May is usually a glorious month for warm, even hot, sunny weather while you're studying for and sitting exams; come the end of the exams diet, come the rotten weather.

Just had to stop our (unsecured) cheapo imitation Astro turf from sailing away in a squall....................

Lot of small branches down in our garden - was pretty windy overnight and hasn't stopped raining today. Typical bank holiday weather.

@PeteSpencer there's not many SEPs out down your way either, I'm guessing it's Iceman having the sky almost to himself in that regard.

Ay any rate, not many either broadcasting on EC or with transponder on!

You can’t go anywhere without being spotted
. There was some pretty lively flying today. I was the only aircraft at Sandown (they were busier than Heathrow during the week), and Dan had his work cutout trying to keep his marquee from departing to the mainland. I then had a slog down to Hartland Point in Devon but a 190+ knot dash back from there to the Bushe. Some heavy cells on the aircraft’s weather radar and a few paints on the storm scopes. I should have been in Monaco, of course, this weekend !

Really strange here, we've got the wind and the clouds but the rain stayed aloft bar about a quarter hour. It looks a bit serious up there.

I think that I might have seen the same video. With ADSB-out, there’s no hiding, and it’s quite a distinctive reg. Hope to see you guys flying again soon, although the weather in Scotland seems to have returned to its normal non-lockdown state
