Maybe he means me but he's missing an 'S' :D

I'm pretty close by, working in Japan, but still have to endure the Chinese celebrations. It's not the year numbering that's troubling but the fact that they love to go a-visiting during the holiday period which means lots and lots and lots of loud, shouty people in the hotels who then go outside and collide with everybody because they have absolutely zero SA. Far better for everyone if they celebrate the New Year at home :shock:
