Your piccy reminds me ...

The Grandkids are first language Welsh, and the four year old still hasn't got a full grasp of English yet. They're obviously doing Nativity stuff at school right now, and earlier this week she came home and told her Mum (in Welsh) that 'baby Jesus' in English is 'baby tweezers'.

I often stopped at the supermarket on the way home from work. My heart warmed to the sight of my 5 year old running to greet me..
"Daddy, have you got Mummy's chin?"
"Eh?!"
"She says she needs it quickly for her chin and tonic."
