I have been with Natwest for well over forty years
Having received three letters in quick succession, each of which heralded some degrading of the the service or increasing of the cost, I replied to the final one informing 'The Manager' that I intend to move my account.
What have I go back? Zilch, nada, zero, nothing.
All my marketing experience teaches me that it is multiple times more cost effective to retain an existing customer than to recruit a new one. It would seem this message has passed RBS by.
Rant over.
