Naively about 15 years ago when I used to fly a Rallye 880 I signed up for the Rallye Yahoo group and the messages/emails I wrote then now come up in google searches that also contain my personal contact details.


I wondered if there may be a way of deleting them as I think I am getting unwanted phone calls where the number has been lifted from early postings, but I am no expert when it comes to Yahoo and cannot see any clues about message deletion on the group page.

Are there any experts out there who might have a few tips on deleting old messages.

If you can contact the Rallye Yahoo group owner or administrator they should be able to delete the postings for you.

Whether that will stop the postings from being hidden away in a Google archive is another question.
