Moving on from the employee motivation link that I posted in another topic, I came across this item about Management Skills VS Leadership Skills. It has an aviation / TWD theme and definitely added to my stock of knowledge on the way you can go about things...

An interesting analogy although his delivery is cheesier than a direct hit on a Philadelphia factory!

From an aviation point of view, shouldn't he have an emergencies checklist within reach to confirm his memory of the checklist items?
