Well it looks like I might not be around, as I now have my RT exam booked for Saturday, with my mock skills test on Monday.,,,,,

Well the few met!

After thick mist cleared we had a glorious afternoon. All excellent displays and the Lancaster gave the best I've ever seen. The visitor numbers were limited and that made it much more relaxed.

It was good to meet RobW briefly.
RobP and his flying buddy coped well when I imposed myself on them for ages :mrgreen:

It's a small world - turns out my new instructor is a pal of one of the above, and a member of my flying club joined us while he was in-between flying the beautiful Dragon Rapide pleasure flights.

It's inspirational, hearing folk doing so much flying and loving it all.

We didn't quite make it to Duxford,and the RT exam was (best not ask!!!) but Chris flew into Elstree and we had an enjoyable afternoon, and I love his AA5!!
