You should get better over time as your brain begins to disconnect what your eyes see from what your vestibular system feels.
I used to be as sick as a dog when I started flying and still have to pace myself a bit if I’ve had significant time off but once I’m up to speed, I’m fine these days. Just as well given the work!
I hope this link works. Prof Mike Bagshaw and others came up with this for the Indian Air Force. It will either cure you completely or be so unpleasant you won’t dare be ill again. Don’t do the exercises in a confined space.
