I read through the dft advice and it is understandable but wildly frustrating. I suppose it’s all for the greater good.

In terms of commercial it is obviously work related as opposed to recreational.

I do think when we are released back to the tiered system GA will resume

I train with L3 is it likely to go forward?

I wouldn't want to second guess it. And I hope for your sake that they do. My reading of the situation is that commercial training (training for commercial licenses) is potentially on, subject to risk assessments etc. So L3 need to lead on that in your case. But training for recreational licenses is off, and probably so for the forseeable future.

I’ve received a start date to fly in Portugal in March. I’ve been advised to organise insurance and a visa. Does this sound like the flight training be going ahead during the pandemic? I’m from the U.K.
