High! You probably think that I`m a real thicky, but I was wondering what the Black Plastic Circle Piece is for on the E6B? Is it a handle to hold when moving the disc?On the Calculator side it`s on the upper Right and on the Wind side, it`s on the Upper Left. Cheers

Hi! Sorted, it's so that you can attach a neck strap to it so that it doesn't fall on the floor when you are in the air. Cheers, Ian

Not that you'd be able to use it easily in the air while flying.

When I change route in the air I use the "clock" method to estimate wind correction and then
